How do I pay my Rent?

Rent is due on the first of each month and can be paid by check or ACH. Need to set up your ACH? Click here to request our ACH form. Payments can be mailed or dropped off at our office which is located at:

What is my account balance?

If you are not sure what your monthly payment should be or you believe you have a balance on your account, please call our office to request more information. 314.962.6300

Who is my Property Manager?

The property manager for our properties is listed on both the About Us and Contact Us pages of our website. Please refer to those pages for the most up-to-date contact information.

How do I report a maintenance issue?

You can submit a maintenance issue by completing the Maintenance Service Request Form and submitting it to PM@GJGREWE.COM or by phone at 314.962. 6300 Maintenance emergencies, which includes excessive roof leaks, water main breaks, and storm damage, should be reported to our emergency line at 314.795.7111. If the emergency requires Fire and Police First Responders, please call 911 before reporting the emergency to us.
